EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Executive Director is responsible for the administrative management of
Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc.(MOPS). MOPS provides the
inhabitants of Central and Southern Ohio a comprehensive range of services for
the prevention, intervention, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders and
Substance Abuse.
- The Executive Director is responsible to the Board of Directors and
accountable to the Fairfield County Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Board
by contract specifications and accountable to all funding sources.
- The Executive Director is responsible for budgeting, monitoring cash
flow, grant writing and overall fiscal management.
- The Executive Director is responsible for implementing policy and
program actions--both long and short term--as determined by the Board of
Directors.
- The Executive Director is responsible for providing, at least quarterly,
the Board of Directors with information regarding changes in community
needs, financial statement, program updates, and problems needing attention.
- The Executive Director is responsible for providing training
information, and advice to the Board of Directors regarding policy and
procedure development, planning, and implementation so that they may perform
their duties to their utmost capabilities.
- The Executive Director is responsible for attending Board of Directors
meetings.
- The Executive Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining a
positive image for the agency as well as cooperating and coordinating with
community and other systems such as judicial, law enforcement, educational
institutions, hospitals, and other service agencies with which the Mid-Ohio
Psychological Service is associated. The Executive Director is responsible
for overseeing all marketing activities.
- The Executive Director is responsible for hiring, training, evaluation
and dismissing agency personnel or employees.
- The Executive Director is responsible for evaluation, at least annually,
the agency's programs and services using the evaluation results to aid in
planning future agency programs and services.
- The Executive Director will serve as Clinical Director in Clinical
Director's absence and at the AOD Treatment Program Director in the AOD
Treatment Program Director’s absence.
- The Executive Director will perform other duties as assigned within the
scope of executive and supervisory duties.

CLINICAL DIRECTOR
The Clinical Director is responsible for all clinical services provided by
Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. This agency provides the inhabitant of
Central and Southern Ohio a comprehensive range of services for
the prevention, intervention, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
- The Clinical Director reports to the Executive Director and is
accountable to the Fairfield County Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Board
by contract specification and accountable to all funding sources.
- The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and supervising all
mental health and AOD clinical activities.
- The Clinical Director is responsible for chairing the Professional Staff
Organization which oversees the qualifications and training of all clinical
staff.
- The Clinical Director is responsible for Chairing the Quality Assurance
Committee and overseeing the Quality Assurance activities related to mental
health services.
- The Clinical Director will serve as the Health Officer as defined by the
Fairfield County Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Board policy.
- The Clinical Director is responsible for carrying out the work of the
Executive Director in the absence of the Executive Director.
- The Clinical Director is responsible for evaluating at least annually
all mental health clinical staff.
- The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring the quality of
clinical work and record keeping of mental health treatment providers.
- The Clinical Director will perform other duties as assigned within the
scope of clinical and supervisory duties.
Requirements: Licensed by the State of Ohio as a Psychologist,
Training and experience in evaluating and treating adolescents and adults.
Salary Range: $25.00 - $50 per hour

ALCOHOL AND OTHER
DRUGS TREATMENT PROGRAM DIRECTOR
The AOD Treatment Program
Director is responsible for all AOD clinical services provided by Mid-Ohio
Psychological Services, Inc. This agency provides the inhabitant of Fairfield
County and surrounding areas a comprehensive range of services for the
prevention, intervention, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders,
including AOD services.

The AOD Treatment Program Director is appointed
by and reports to the Executive Director and is accountable to the Fairfield
County ADAMH Board by contract specification and accountable to all funding
sources.

The AOD Treatment Program Director is
responsible for overseeing and supervising all AOD service activities,
including the day-to-day operations of the AOD program.

The AOD Treatment Program Director is
responsible for developing and implementing the AOD program’s policies and
procedures in consultation with the Executive Director.

The AOD Treatment Program Director is
responsible for preparing/administering/adjusting the programs budget in
consultation with the Executive Director and the Administrative Coordinator.

The AOD Treatment Program Director is
responsible for participating on the Professional Staff Organization, which
oversees the qualifications and training of all clinical staff.

The AOD Treatment Program Director is
responsible for participating on the Quality Assurance Committee and
overseeing the Quality Assurance activities related to AOD services;
ensuring that the Executive Director and the Board of Directors are informed
of the QA committee’s findings.

The AOD Treatment Program Director is
responsible for evaluating at least annually all AOD staff.

The AOD Treatment Program Director is
responsible for recruiting AOD program staff and for hiring and firing
program staff in consultation with the Executive Director

The AOD Treatment Program Director is
responsible for ensuring the quality of clinical work and record keeping of
AOD program treatment providers.

responsible for public relations and marketing of the AOD program services.

The AOD Treatment Program Director provides
direct supervision of all AOD treatment providers.

The AOD Treatment Program Director will perform

Requirement: Independent Licensure by
the State of Ohio as a Psychologist/LISW/LPCC;
CCDC III Preferred. Training and
experience in evaluating and treating the AOD population.
Salary Range: $25.00 - $50 per hour

PSYCHIATRIST
The Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing medication/somatic
services to clients of this agency. Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc.
provides the inhabitants of Central and Southern Ohio a
comprehensive range of services for the prevention, intervention, diagnosis
and treatment of mental disorders.
- The Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing direct therapeutic
services in the form of diagnostic assessments and medication/somatic
treatment for individuals as assigned by the Clinical Director.
- The Psychiatrist will be administratively and clinically accountable to
the Executive Director.
- The Psychiatrist will serve as the Medical Director of the agency and
will be under the direct supervision of the Executive Director.
- The Psychiatrist will be responsible for maintaining client records in
accordance with established policies and procedures.
- The Psychiatrist will provide clinical oversight to the staff nurse.
- The Psychiatrist will perform other duties as assigned within the scope
of psychiatric duties.
Requirements: Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Medical Doctor
Salary Range: $75 – $150 per hour

REGISTERED NURSE
The Registered Nurse is responsible for reviewing and implementing
appropriate health procedures and reviewing physical health self-assessments
for all clients of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. Mid-Ohio
Psychological Services, Inc. provides the inhabitants of Central and Southern
Ohio a comprehensive range of services for the prevention,
intervention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
- The Registered Nurse is responsible to the Clinical Director and
Psychiatrist for the performance of all duties.
- The Registered Nurse will review all client physical health
self-assessments and report the findings to the Clinical Supervisor of the
clinician responsible for the client.
- The Registered Nurse will review any health and safety policy and
procedures and concerns raised and report the findings to the Executive
Director.
- The Registered Nurse will perform other duties as assigned within the
scope of nursing duties.
Requirements: Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse,
Experience in working in a community based program.
Salary Range: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour

CLINICAL STAFF
The clinical staff of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. will be
responsible for providing direct services to clients of this agency. Mid-Ohio
Psychological Services, Inc. provides the inhabitants of Central and Southern
Ohio a comprehensive range of services for the prevention,
intervention, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
- The clinical staff will be responsible for providing direct therapeutic
services in the form of diagnostic assessments, individual counseling,
community support program (CSP), and group treatment for individuals as
assigned by the Clinical Director.
- All clinical staff will be administratively and clinically accountable
to the team leader and/or Clinical Supervisor assigned.
- Clinical staff who are not independently licensed will be under the
direct supervision of a licensed psychologist or other appropriately
independently licensed individual as assigned by the Clinical Director.
- Clinical staff will be responsible for maintaining client records in
accordance with established policies and procedures, completing treatment
recommendations, and providing group and individual therapy under
supervision according to individual service plans.
- Clinical staff will perform other duties as assigned within the scope of
clinical duties.
Requirements: Licensed in the state of Ohio as an LSW, LISW, LPC,
LPCC, Psychologist, Physician or registered with the Ohio Psychology Board
as a Psychology Assistant

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
The clinical staff of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. will be
responsible for providing direct services to clients of this agency. Mid-Ohio
Psychological Services, Inc. provides the inhabitants of Central and Southern
Ohio a comprehensive range of services for the prevention,
intervention, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
- Clinical Supervisor will be administratively and clinically accountable
to the Clinical Director.
- Clinical Supervisors will provide face-to-face clinical supervision to
supervisees to review cases, discuss diagnoses, and treatment interventions.
- Clinical Supervisors will facilitate knowledge of agency clinical
philosophies to supervisees.
- Clinical Supervisors will review treatment plans, casenotes, written
correspondence verifying they meet agency requirements.
- Clinical Supervisors will provide guidance in the linkage of cases with
appropriate community agencies.
- Clinical Supervisors are clinical responsible for the cases of
non-independently licensed clinicians.
- Clinical Supervisors will perform other duties as assigned within the
scope of clinical and supervisory duties.

TRAINING SUPERVISOR
The Training
Supervisor of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. will engage in training
psychology predoctoral interns in providing mental health services to clients
of this agency. Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. provides the
inhabitants of Franklin and Fairfield Counties and surrounding areas a
comprehensive range of services for the prevention, intervention, diagnosis
and treatment of mental disorders.
1. The
Training Supervisor will be administratively and clinically accountable to the
Clinical Director.
2. The
Training Supervisor is responsible to initiate and maintain the Psychology
Predoctoral Internship’s membership in relevant oversight organizations.
3. The
Training Supervisor will serve as Chair of the Internship Selection and
Training Committee; and in collaboration with other members of the Committee,
is responsible for the recruitment and selection of psychology interns.
4. The
Training Supervisor will facilitate communication with the psychology intern’s
home institutions regarding the intern’s placement while at the agency.
5. While
the Training Supervisor may not directly supervise all psychology interns; he
or she is responsible to ensure the integrity of the Psychology Predoctoral
Internship training program by ensuring the supervision experience meets the
requirements for the State of Ohio and the Association of Psychology
Postdoctoral Internship Centers, including the completion of the intern’s
registration requirements of the State of Ohio Board of Psychology by the
intern’s supervising psychologist.
6. The
Training Supervisor will provide face-to-face clinical supervision to
supervisees under their direct supervision to review cases, discuss diagnoses,
treatment interventions, and professional development of the intern. The
frequency of these meetings will comply with the requirements of the Ohio
State Board of Psychology and the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral
Internship Centers
7. The
Training Supervisor is clinically responsible for the cases of the psychology
intern under his or her direct clinical supervision. To ensure adequate
oversight of cases treatment plans, case notes, and written correspondence
regarding client welfare will be reviewed.
8. The
Training Supervisor is responsible for organizing and coordinating the
didactic training of interns as part of the Psychology Predoctoral Internship
Program.
9. The
Training Supervisor will services as the Program Coordinator with Ohio
Psychological Association and be responsible for maintaining the agency’s CEU
provider status. The Training Supervisor is responsible for the
identification of training needs of clinical staff of the agency, and the
integrity of agency provided trainings. The Training Supervisor will then
work with the Administrative/QA Coordinator to secure the resources needed to
conduct necessary trainings

PSYCHOLOGY INTERN
The predoctoral
interns of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. will be working to develop
skills as a clinical psychologist by receiving training in assessments,
testing, evaluations, therapy, consultation, and professional development.
This training will occur through intensive supervision by a licensed
psychologist and direct care to the clients of this agency. Mid-Ohio
Psychological Services, Inc. provides the inhabitants of Central and Southern
Ohio a comprehensive range of services for the prevention,
intervention, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
1. The
psychology intern will be responsible for providing direct therapeutic
services in the form of diagnostic assessments, civil psychological
evaluations, individual psychotherapy, community support program (CSP), and
group treatment for individuals as assigned by the Clinical Director.
2. All
psychology interns will be administratively and clinically accountable to the
team leader and/or Clinical Supervisor assigned.
3. Psychology
interns will be under the direct supervision of a licensed psychologist as
assigned by the Training Supervisor under the direction of the Clinical
Director.
4. Psychology
interns will be responsible for maintaining client records in accordance with
established policies and procedures, completing treatment plans, and providing
group and individual psychotherapy under supervision.
5. Psychology
interns will attend and actively engage in individual and group supervision.
Interns are expected to attend these supervisions prepared
to discuss clinical and professional development issues. The frequency of
these supervision sessions will be in accordance to policies and regulations
set forth by the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers
and the State of Ohio.
6. Psychology
interns will abide by all Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and
Internship Centers, American Psychological Association, and State of Ohio
regulations and policies.
7. Psychology
interns will perform other duties as assigned within the scope of clinical
duties.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in mental health field, 1000 hours supervised practica
experience, enrolled in good standing in a clinical or counseling psychology
doctoral program, completion of all doctoral level coursework, and
registered with the Ohio Psychology Board as a Psychology Assistant
Salary: $20,500 a year.

TEAM LEADER
The clinical staff of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. will be
responsible for providing direct services to clients of this agency. Mid-Ohio
Psychological Services, Inc. provides the inhabitants of Central and Southern
Ohio a comprehensive range of services for the prevention,
intervention, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
- Team Leaders will be administratively and clinically accountable to the
Clinical Director.
- Team Leaders will provide administrative and clinical oversight for
staff providing services assigned to the Clinical team.
- Team Leaders will provide face-to-face clinical supervision to team
members in a group format to review cases, discuss diagnoses, and treatment
interventions.
- Team Leaders will review treatment plans, case notes, written
correspondence verifying they meet agency requirements for team members that
provide direct services.
- Team Leaders will coordinate the assignment of new cases to team
members.
- Team Leaders will facilitate knowledge of agency clinical philosophies
to team members to ensure the quality of services provided by the team.
- Team Leaders will perform other duties as assigned within the scope of
clinical and supervisory duties.

Psychologist or Physician

COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM (CSP) STAFF-QUALIFIED
MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST (QMHS)
The clinical staff of Mid-Ohio Psychological
Services, Inc. will be responsible for providing direct services to clients of
this agency. Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. provides the inhabitants of
Central and Southern Ohio a comprehensive range of services for
the prevention, intervention, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
"Qualified mental health
specialist" (QMHS) means an individual who has received training for or
education in mental health competencies and who has demonstrated, prior to or
within ninety days of hire, competencies in basic mental health skills along
with competencies established by the agency, and who is not otherwise
designated as a provider or supervisor, and who is not required to perform
duties covered under the scope of practice according to Ohio professional
licensure. Basic mental health competencies for each QMHS shall include, at a
minimum, an understanding of mental illness, psychiatric symptoms, and impact
on functioning and behavior; how to therapeutically engage a mentally ill
person; concepts of recovery/resiliency; crisis response procedures; an
understanding of the community mental health system; de-escalation techniques
and understanding how his/her behavior can impact the behavior of individuals
with mental illness. The agency shall establish additional competency
requirements, as appropriate, for each QMHS based upon the mental health
services and activities to be performed, characteristics and needs of the
persons to be served, and skills appropriate to the position.
- CSP staff will
be clinically and administratively accountable to their Team Leader.
- CSP staff will
provide community based services that encourage the clients’ multi-system
involvement to be appropriate and to ensure continuity and effectiveness of
delivery of services and/or systems to the individual.
- CSP staff will provide services in locations that meet the needs of the
client including locations such as residences, correctional settings,
shelters, community resource sites, hospitals, schools, consumer operated
services, peer support programs, or medical and behavioral health service
sites.
- CSP staff are
responsible for providing services that are specific, measurable and
individualized to each client served. Services should be focused on the
individuals ability to succeed in the community, to identify and access
needed services, and to show improvement in school, work and family and
community integration and contribution.
- CSP staff are
responsible for maintaining client records in accordance with established
policies and procedures.
- CSP staff will
perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CSP duties.
Requirements: A Bachelor Degree in the field of Mental Health
Salary Range: $ 8.00 - $18.00 per hour

QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for conducting quality
assurance activities for Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. Mid-Ohio
Psychological Services, Inc. provides the inhabitants of Central and Southern
Ohio a comprehensive range of services for the prevention,
intervention, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
- The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible to the Clinical
Director.
- The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating peer
review and records completeness review activities according to the quality
assurance policy and procedures.
- The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for conducting physical
plant inspections and coordinating fire drills as per the quality assurance
policy and procedures.
- The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for providing
documentation to the Clinical Director and the Quality Assurance committee
for the completion of monthly quality assurance reports.
- The Quality Assurance Coordinator will perform other duties as assigned
within the scope of QA duties.
Requirements: Experience in working with community mental health
agencies.
Salary Range: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the management of the
support staff.
- The Administrative Coordinator is responsible to the Executive Director
and the Board of Directors.
- The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all support
services and will perform such duties as required in the absence of support
staff.
- The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for evaluating the current
office procedures at least annually and will communicate recommendations for
change to the Executive Director and the Clinical Director.
- The Administrative Coordinator will facilitate the Record Quality
Assurance Plan in conjunction with the Clinical Director. Serve as QA
Coordinator in the absence of a QA Coordinator.
- The Administrative Coordinator will evaluate at least annually all
support staff and report the result to the Executive Director.
- The Administrative Coordinator will maintain an inventory of all agency
property.
- The Administrative Coordinator will maintain all personnel records.
- The Administrative Coordinator will serve
as the Client Grievance Officer.
- The Administrative Coordinator will serve
as the Corporate Compliance Officer.
- The Administrative Coordinator will coordinate all accreditation and
certification requirements.
- The Administrative Coordinator will perform other duties as assigned
within the scope of support staff and supervisory duties.

Field Experience in a Mental Health Agency

FINANCIAL
COORDINATOR
The Financial Coordinator is responsible for the management of the agency’s accounts
payables and payroll.
- The Financial Coordinator is responsible to
the Administrative Coordinator and Executive Director.
- The
Financial Coordinator is responsible for
processing all staff payroll activities.
- The Financial Coordinator will manage all
employee benefits.
- The
Financial Coordinator is responsible for
evaluating the current accounting procedures at least annually and will
communicate recommendations for change to the Executive Director.
- The
Financial Coordinator will manage all
aspects of accounts payable activities.
- The
Financial Coordinator will coordinate
the reporting of all accounting requirements to the Board of Directors and
the ADAMH Board.
- The
Financial Coordinator is responsible for
all auditing and taxation requirements.
- The Financial Coordinator will manage
purchasing for the agency.
- The
Financial Coordinator will perform other
duties as assigned within the scope of accounting and support staff duties.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting or related field and 2-3 years experience.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

MIS COORDINATOR
The MIS Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance, security, of all
aspects of the MIS of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. The MIS
Coordinator position will encompass the following functions and
responsibilities:

PROGRAMMER
The Programmer is responsible for the
development, implementation, and maintenance of software and reports for
Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. The Programmer position will
encompass the following functions and responsibilities:

responsible for testing updates in the testing database before implementing
them changes that could affect the usefulness of the new programs being
developed.

responsible for maintaining up to date documentation to support programs.

will be responsible for developing and implementing computer programs.

will be responsible for developing reports.

The
Programmer will consult with staff on computer usage and needs.

Programmer will be responsible for using the remote access system to work
while ensuring compliance with HIPPA standards.

MIS ASSISTANT
The MIS Assistant is
responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and security of
all aspects of the information system (computers, printers, scanners, phones,
and network—including both hardware and software) of Mid-Ohio Psychological
Services, Inc. The MIS Assistant position will encompass the following
functions and responsibilities:
- The MIS Assistant is responsible to the
MIS Coordinator and the Executive Director.
- The MIS Assistant will assist staff in
using hardware/software/networking devices and computer applications.
- The MIS Assistant will assist with
installing and maintaining computer/phone equipment, networking equipment,
computer applications, and peripherals.
- The MIS Assistant will assist with
computer security measures and backups.
- The MIS Assistant will provide
technical support as requested by staff and directed by the MIS Coordinator.
- The MIS Assistant will aid in
entering/updating/maintaining the MIS portion of the agency’s inventory
database and software licensing.
- The MIS Assistant will aid in issuing
and updating staff I.D.’s.
- The MIS
Assistant will perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the MIS
duties.

BILLING SUPERVISOR
The Billing Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of insurance and
client billing for services rendered by Mid-Ohio Psychological Services Inc.
The Billing Supervisor position will encompass the following functions and
responsibilities:
- The Billing Supervisor is
responsible to the Administrative Coordinator.
- The Billing Supervisor is the
first-line supervisor for the Billing Clerk and will coordinate all accounts
receivable activities.
- The Billing Supervisor is
responsible for creating and maintaining billing activities for Boards,
Insurance Companies, and Clients.

information in the billing software

The Billing Clerk is responsible for assisting the Billing Supervisor with
all aspects of insurance and client billing for services rendered by Mid-Ohio
Psychological Services Inc. The Billing Clerk position will encompass the
following functions and responsibilities:
- The Billing Clerk is responsible to the Billing Supervisor and the
Administrative Coordinator.
- The Billing Clerk is responsible for entering new client data into the
client database and billing software.
- The Billing Clerk is responsible for posting all clinicians’ schedulers
and SAL’s to the billing software.
- The Billing Clerk is responsible for printing and mailing all insurance
HCFA’s.
- The Billing Clerk is responsible for processing MACSIS enrollments and
intakes.
- The Billing Clerk is responsible for verifying Medicaid eligibility for
clients.
- The Billing Clerk is responsible for entering client information into
the client database, which includes but not limited to ISP’s, client
transfers, suspension, and plans of action.
- The Billing Clerk is responsible for printing reports for clinician for
client lists and noncompliance.
- The Billing Clerk is responsible for closing inactive client charts.
- The Billing Clerk will perform other duties as assigned within the scope
of support staff duties.

FRONT-OFFICE SUPERVISOR
The Front-Office Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of operating the
reception area of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services Inc. The Front-Office
Supervisor position will encompass the following functions and
responsibilities:
- The Front-Office Supervisor is responsible to the Administrative
Coordinator.
- The Front-Office Supervisor is the first-line supervisor for all
receptionists and will coordinate office and
telephone coverage at all times.
- The Front-Office Supervisor will coordinate the client intake process
and the scheduling of diagnostic sessions and evaluations with the Clinical
Supervisors.
- The Front-Office Supervisor will be a contact and resource person for
all agency staff.
- The Front-Office Supervisor will perform other duties as assigned within
the scope of support staff and supervisory duties.

RECEPTIONIST
The members of the support staff are responsible for all clerical duties
required for the efficient and effective provision of mental health services
for Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. Mid-Ohio Psychological Services,
Inc. provides the inhabitants of Central and Southern Ohio a
comprehensive range of services for the prevention, intervention, diagnosis
and treatment of mental disorders.
- All receptionists are responsible
to the Front Office Supervisor and the Administrative Coordinator.
- Receptionist will responsible for
greeting clients, copying insurance cards, and notifying clinicians of the
clients’ arrival.
- Receptionist will be responsible for answering telephones, directing the
calls appropriately, and taking intake information.
- Receptionist will be responsible
for scheduling clients’ appointments and giving appointment reminder cards,
typing ROI letters, calling clients to remind them of appointments.
- Receptionist will perform other
clerical duties and light cleaning duties as directed by the Administrative
Coordinator.
- Receptionist will perform other
duties as assigned within the scope of support staff duties.

TRANSCRIPTION SUPERVISOR
The Transcription Supervisor is responsible
for all aspects of operating the reception area of Mid-Ohio Psychological
Services Inc. The Transcription
Supervisor position will encompass the following functions and
responsibilities:
- The Transcription Supervisor is responsible to the Administrative
Coordinator.
- The Transcription Supervisor is the
first-line supervisor for all transcriptionist, and will coordinate coverage
of all transcription duties.
- The Transcription Supervisor will validate
that dictation and schedulers/SAL's have been turned in during the
appropriate time frame, and contact clinical staff if any discrepancy
occurs.
- The Transcription Supervisor will
coordinate the distribution of dictation to transcriptionist.
- The Transcription Supervisor will maintain
statistics for all transcriptionist to insure that all team members are in
the same time frame, to assist in the time management of the team, and to
take action to improve the productivity of the team.
- The Transcription Supervisor will
coordinate the distribution of clinician's schedulers and SALs for billing.
- The Transcription Supervisor will perform other duties as assigned within
the scope of support staff and supervisory duties.

TRANSCRIPTIONIST
The members of the support staff are responsible for all clerical duties

comprehensive range of services for the prevention, intervention, diagnosis

- All transcriptionists are
responsible to the Transcription Supervisor and the Administrative
Coordinator.
- Transcriptionists are responsible
for transcribing documents for the clinicians in the groups they are
responsible for.
- Transcriptionists are responsible
for verifying case notes match clinician’s scheduler sheets and SALs.
- Transcriptionists are responsible
notifying clinicians of case notes that were not dictated.
- Transcriptionists are responsible
for revising document as directed by clinicians.
- Transcriptionists will perform
other clerical duties and light cleaning duties as directed by the
Administrative Coordinator.
- Transcriptionist will perform

FILEROOM SUPERVISOR
The Fileroom Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of operating the
fileroom area of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services Inc. The Fileroom Supervisor
position will encompass the following functions and responsibilities:
- The Fileroom Supervisor is
responsible to the Administrative Coordinator.
- The Fileroom Supervisor must
ensure materials are properly filed in charts.
- The Fileroom Supervisor must
ensure the security of the file information.
- The Fileroom Supervisor must
ensure the availability of records to clinicians.
- The Fileroom Supervisor is
responsible for all outgoing mail including adding proper postage and
control stamp usage.
- The Fileroom Supervisor is
responsible for verifying all material released by our agency is done so
under a proper release of information and HIPAA requirements, this includes
information released by mail or fax through the fileroom.
- The Fileroom Supervisor is
responsible for mailing client information packets to all new clients.
- The Fileroom Supervisor is
responsible for building all new client files.
- The Fileroom Supervisor is
responsible for supervising fileroom staff.
- The Fileroom Supervisor will

the inhabitants of Fairfield County and surrounding areas a comprehensive
range of services for the prevention, intervention, diagnosis and treatment of
mental disorders.

Scanners are responsible to the Administrative Coordinator.

Document Scanners
are responsible for preparing files for scanning, including but not limited
to removing staples, paper clips, marking two sided documents, and
interfiling continuation files within the main file.

are responsible for scanning archived documents, checking the quality of
scanned images, and storing them to the assigned location.

are responsible for indicating that the file has been scanned in all of the
agency records.

The Janitor will be responsible for all cleaning and general maintenance
needs of the agency.
- The Janitor is responsible to the Administrative Coordinator.
- The Janitor will perform all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning
requirements, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, sweeping,
mopping, and empting trash.
- The Janitor will be perform maintenance upon request of staff including
but not limited to hanging objects and moving and assembling furniture.
- The Janitor will perform maintenance need from wear and tear including
but not limited to spackling, patching and painting.
- The Janitor will perform other duties as assigned within the scope of
janitor duties.
